Shipping Policy

Shipping within Australia & New Zealand

We offer flat-rate shipping for all Australian and New Zealand orders. Shipping is calculated at checkout and FREE for orders over $100.

All orders are fully trackable and email confirmation will be sent to you when your parcel has been dispatched.

Please be aware we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. 

 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control including customs delays. 

Please be aware some international duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order that are outside of our control.

If you place an order from our store for delivery outside Australia or New Zealand, you may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All foreign taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices of our items or shipping fees.

Unfortunately we have no control over these duties. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. 

Please remember that The Kiss Co will not be responsible in any way for any additional charges imposed on your order. 

Should a shipment be abandoned due to non-payment of customs fees or taxes, the customer forfeits their rights to the goods and any associated refund.
